Max Dread Some very smart, hip, and catchy power pop here, with the evidence of studio craft you'd hope to find behind this kind of music. Crafty arrangements bolster the well written songs, whether it's a choice intro, a keyboard part you don't notice at first, or the bass line underneath a bridge. Full of gems. If the hooks don't catch you right away, give it a few listens. I wasn't sure myself at first, but it grew on me, and I have had it in regular rotation. Favorite track: Slide Show.
